Public Goods Award

The SCF Public Good Award is designed to support community-maintained public goods—such as key infrastructure and tools for ecosystem visibility, data, and governance—that directly strengthen the Stellar ecosystem.

Managed through Soroban Governor with voting power weighted by Neural Quorum Governance (NQG), the SCF Public Good Award allows SCF verified community members to propose and allocate funding of up to $50K in XLM* per proposal per quarter—reflecting real ecosystem demand and enabling shared ownership of the growth and resilience of the Stellar ecosystem.
